Supply Chain Planning, Order Fulfillment Manager
The Order Fulfillment Manager leads a team responsible for the execution order fulfillment processes across the Beverage Supply Chain. This role ensures customer orders are fulfilled efficiently by overseeing inventory flow, shortage resolution, transfer execution, space management, and PO customer scheduling. The manager serves as the operational integrator across Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehousing, and Manufacturing, balancing competing priorities to maximize customer service, inventory health, and network efficiency. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional leadership, sound operational judgment, and the ability to drive execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while continuously improving processes and ways of working. Essential Functions Order Fulfillment Execution
- Leads the day-to-day execution of order fulfillment activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently while balancing service, inventory, transportation, and operational constraints.
- Oversees customer shortage resolution by coordinating cross-functional actions to minimize service impacts and improve fulfillment performance.
- Executes the inventory flow design developed by the Inventory Strategy team, ensuring inventory is positioned across the network to support customer service and operational execution.
- Oversees space outlook creation and exception management process, proactively identifying risks and coordinating mitigation plans across key teams.
- Manages PO customer scheduling activities to ensure orders are executed according to customer requirements and inventory design.
Cross Functional Leadership
- Partners closely with Water Production Planning, Beverage Production Planning, Customer Service, Logistics Operations, Plant and Warehouse Operations, and the Inventory Strategy team to ensure aligned execution across the supply chain.
- Balances competing priorities across multiple functions while making decisions that optimize customer service and overall network performance.
- Facilitates cross-functional issue resolution by bringing together stakeholders to identify root causes, align on priorities, and execute sustainable solutions.
- Builds strong relationships across operational teams to improve communication, accountability, and execution consistency.
Operational Excellence
- Monitors operational performance metrics, identifies execution risks and trends, and drives timely corrective actions to improve customer service and operational performance.
- Ensures adherence to established fulfillment processes, inventory flow strategies, and operational standards while identifying opportunities to improve execution efficiency.
- Leads the team's response to operational disruptions by prioritizing work, coordinating cross-functional actions, and minimizing customer and business impacts.
- Drives accountability through performance management, operational reviews, and root cause analysis to improve execution consistency and reliability.
- Partners with the Beverage Center of Excellence by providing operational insights, identifying process improvement opportunities, and validating new processes, tools, and ways of working prior to implementation.
