This role specializes in talent and organizational development to enhance human capital and support business success. It involves designing and executing talent and succession planning, performance management, leadership development and change management strategies for a division or business unit. The role acts as a trusted advisor and thought partner, addressing medium complexity talent challenges and influencing stakeholders across divisions. Key responsibilities include analyzing workforce needs, leveraging employee engagement data to guide organizational development, and advancing inclusion initiatives. The position demands intermediate expertise in talent development, independent problem-solving, and the ability to deliver measurable impact through projects and programs that strengthen workforce capability and succession planning. Accountabilities
1. Support Talent Programs The role supports career development and leadership succession planning activities. It partners with HR and business leaders to assess talent readiness. This strengthens leadership pipelines. Minimum Education & Requirements
