What to Expect
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be playing a critical role in supporting Self-Perform construction projects coordinating activities between project managers and field superintendents, supporting material procurements and assisting in tracking projects' cost and schedules performance and ensuring deliverable dates are achieved.

What You'll Do
  • Consistently provide a high level of customer service to Tesla staff, vendors, business partners and guests while at times, being the client interface
  • Coordinate and set-up meetings with team members and stakeholders
  • Intake and distribute project information to Self-Perform disciplines team members. Assign project numbers and enter project information into the project tracker
  • Manage project purchase requests through lifecycle: approvals, procurement item receipt, invoice validation and approval
  • Support with project and resource planning - monitor and report field progress including manpower along with project target date
  • Managing construction workload through all administrative phases and corresponding administrative support - prioritizing work and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintain individual project budgets and cost tracking. All discrepancies shall be escalated to management

What You'll Bring
  • 2-5 Years of experience in a project coordination capacity, preferably with an architectural, design, construction or maintenance support organization
  • Experience making purchasing and budgetary decisions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize, time manage independently or as part of a team in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Bluebeam, Aconex, PlanGrid, or MS Project preferred
  • Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal

    Expected Compensation
    $18.40 - $57.60/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
