JOB ANNOUNCEMENT Airport Regulatory Compliance Manager CHICAGO DEPARTMENT OF AVIATION CDA-Security Operations Section Number of Positions: 1 (Additional vacancies possible pending budget approval) Starting Salary: BX18, $89,112.00/year Applications for this position will be accepted from 7/29/26 until 11:59pm CDT on 8/12/26 Under direction, conducts inspections, audits and/or investigations of airport security programs and facilities to ensure compliance with established Transportation Security Administration regulations, state and departmental requirements, and performs related duties as required. * Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Aviation Management, Business or Public Administration, or a directly related field, PLUS five (5) years of work experience in airport operations, regulatory compliance, aviation security or a directly related field Should the above criteria not be fulfilled, the following options are acceptable: * Nine (9) years of work experience in airport operations, regulatory compliance, aviation security or a directly related field Desired Skillset: The candidate selected for hire must pass an airport background check and a Security Threat Assessment (STA).
