Join Our Healthcare Team LAZ Parking is seeking professional and customer-focused Healthcare Valet Attendants to support operations at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills, CA. As a Healthcare Valet Attendant Hybrid, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for patients, visitors, physicians, and staff. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, delivering exceptional service, and making a positive first impression in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The hybrid role will have you support the shuttle drivers with boarding and exiting passengers and operating vehicles. Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and efficient manner. Greet guests warmly and assist with arrival and departure needs. Maintain an organized and safe valet drive and vehicle staging area. Issue valet claim tickets and explain the retrieval process. Assist guests with directions to hospital departments and entrances. Support patients and visitors with professionalism, compassion, and courtesy. Manage vehicle flow to help maintain smooth operations. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. Follow all client, safety, and company procedures when operating vehicles.
Qualifications Required Valid Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years driving experience. Valid Medical Card or ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination. Current Flu Vaccination.Minimum 1 year of valet experience. Ability to safely operate automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and demeanor. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift throughout a shift. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
