POSITION SUMMARY: The Account Director, Commerce serves as the primary client lead for assigned Commerce accounts, responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, driving account health, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful business outcomes. This role acts as the connective tissue between clients and the broader Commerce organization, partnering closely with Commerce Strategy, Discoverability, Creative, Operations, Analytics, and Delivery teams to ensure client priorities are translated into actionable plans and delivered effectively. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder, skilled communicator, and strong operator who can navigate complex Commerce engagements and highly matrixed organizations, maintain stakeholder alignment, and identify opportunities for account growth. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $115,000 USD - $125,000 USD annually. Bachelors (required)
Experience
Experience within CPG, Retail, Commerce, or agency environments preferred (preferred)
Experience serving as the primary client contact for large or complex accounts, with responsibility for stakeholder management, project oversight, and account performance. (required) Strong understanding of Commerce, Digital Shelf, Search & Discoverability, Retail Media, Content, or adjacent digital marketing disciplines. (required) Proven experience managing complex client relationships and leading cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams. (required) 7 years: Years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Commerce, Digital Marketing, Consulting, or Agency environments.
