Overview
CCA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, programs, and training initiatives across the organization. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive project, program, and training support while performing a variety of moderately complex administrative and operational duties. Responsibilities include gathering, receiving, classifying, reconciling, and consolidating data; conducting routine to moderate data analysis; preparing reports and project documentation; tracking timelines and deliverables; coordinating meetings and training sessions; and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are achieved. The Project Coordinator will serve as a key resource in maintaining effective communication, organization, and accountability across multiple initiatives.
