Research Project Manager (RPM) within Mercy Research will:
* Manage the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensure that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope and resource requirements. * Maintain status reports and project metrics and appropriately triage and categorize all incoming work. Understand dependencies between project issues, external influences, etc. and act to develop remedies as needed. * Interact significantly with project team members (business, clinical and technical team members), vendors, finance personnel, and Mercy multiple functional or support departments. * Share information with coworkers and encourage coworker participation in Mercy Research activities. * Provide information to project team members regarding operational, change management, and trial management strategies and opportunities. * Develop, maintain and facilitate the usage of various datasets, databases and medical records systems necessary to facilitate study start-up, conduct and support. Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
