Duties

• Contributes to the Compliance job family in a support capacity.
• This role is responsible for supporting a large-scale, time-sensitive licensing initiative by preparing, completing, tracking, and submitting regulatory applications across multiple jurisdictions. This individual will serve as a key contributor to ensuring licensing activities are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable state and federal regulatory requirements.
• This contractor is working on a project supporting the rebranding of fertility pharmacies, and this team is responsible for updating names on all licenses. They will pull and work on applications and documents, get required signatures, etc. This includes digital and physical documents.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex documentation while balancing multiple deadlines. This role requires a strong compliance and regulatory mindset, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and document management systems.
• Critical thinking (they will not just be filling in data points, need to be able to think through different potential scenarios)
• Highly organized as they are dealing with several documents

• Previous paralegal or licensing experience

• Associate degree in paralegal or similar required
• 0-2+ years of experience
