Regions is seeking a Lead, Genetic Counselor individual with strong communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within our Pathology Lab. As a member of the genetic counseling services team, you will support the mission, vision, and values of the HealthPartners system of care and comply with relevant policies and procedures of the organization. In this role you will support the genetic counseling services team by providing information, guidance, and technical support related to genetics/genetic testing for your assigned area of specialty. This role provides expertise related to genetics/ genetic testing to organizational leaders and staff, clinicians and care teams, patients, and insurance plan colleagues. The Lead Genetic Counselor (GC) will work as member of the laboratory and genetic counseling teams. Primary duties include:

Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 5 years of experience as a Genetic Counselor in the applicable medical specialty.
