Summary
Develops human resource management strategies and policies to meet business needs. Leads the planning and administration of activities related to talent acquisition, training and development, compensation, benefits, internal mobility, diversity, equity and inclusion, talent and organizational development and employee/labor relations. Develops and implements training strategies and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local agencies and regulations as they relate to safety, collective bargaining agreement requirements, and regulatory items specific to electric utilities. Interfaces with functional management groups to assess and provide development and delivery solutions for technical craft and disciplines. Responsibilities

The estimated salary range for this position in the White Plains Office is: $166,000 - $227,700 and $144,000 - $198,000 for this position in the Clark Energy Center or Albany locations.
