What You'll Do:
  • Inspect products, assemblies, and processes to identify and document quality discrepancies.
  • Perform inspections, testing, and evaluations to verify product precision, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Assist with planning and executing internal quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
  • Prepare audit documentation and support corrective and preventive action initiatives.
  • Analyze quality trends and work with process owners to improve manufacturing and business processes.
  • Review and manage work order flow tags and inspection documentation.
  • Develop and maintain inspection techniques, tools, and supplemental inspection instructions.
  • Participate in supplier quality activities, material review board meetings, and customer or process-related corrective actions.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ Months of experience in Soldering
  • 5+ Months of experience in quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or a similar field.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Knowledge and experience with ISO9001/AS9100
  • Soldering certifications
  • Knowledge of MES and PDM
  • Technical training in soldering or fiber cabling.
  • Team work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Broad theoretical job knowledge.
