APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Inspect products, assemblies, and processes to identify and document quality discrepancies. Perform inspections, testing, and evaluations to verify product precision, accuracy, and reliability. Assist with planning and executing internal quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications. Prepare audit documentation and support corrective and preventive action initiatives. Analyze quality trends and work with process owners to improve manufacturing and business processes. Review and manage work order flow tags and inspection documentation. Develop and maintain inspection techniques, tools, and supplemental inspection instructions. Participate in supplier quality activities, material review board meetings, and customer or process-related corrective actions. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 5+ Months of experience in Soldering 5+ Months of experience in quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or a similar field. What Sets You Apart: Knowledge and experience with ISO9001/AS9100 Soldering certifications Knowledge of MES and PDM Technical training in soldering or fiber cabling. Team work Strong communication skills Ability to work independently Broad theoretical job knowledge.
