Are you a master of orchestrating creative projects from concept to dazzling completion? We are seeking a highly skilled leader to drive the operational excellence of a team dedicated to delivering stunning visual content. In this pivotal role, you will empower a team of project managers and artists, ensuring that every static and motion graphic asset for major entertainment campaigns-spanning initial releases, promotional content, and post-release efforts-is delivered with precision and flair. Your strategic oversight will directly influence the success of highly anticipated global releases, bringing visual magic to millions.

What You'll Do



  • Lead and manage the daily production lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of visual effects and motion graphics projects.
  • Strategically manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and critical production milestones to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers, fostering their growth, and collaborate closely with artists to keep creative work flowing seamlessly.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to align on vision and execution.
  • Oversee the localization process and guarantee the delivery of high-quality assets that meet global standards.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance workflows, optimize operational processes, and champion overall operational excellence within the team.
  • Monitor and report on production metrics, manage reporting, billing, and work order processes.
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex production challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.


What You'll Bring

We are looking for a professional with a proven track record of success in creative operations.



  • 5+ years of experience in post-production, creative operations, graphics production, or digital media.
  • Demonstrated experience managing creative teams and navigating complex production workflows.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of visual effects (VFX), motion graphics, title design, and post-production pipelines.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Salesforce, Excel, MediaPulse, and Google Sheets.


What Will Set You Apart

While not required, familiarity with the following tools will be a significant advantage:



  • Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Nuke, Cinema 4D, Maya, or DaVinci Resolve.
