Are you a master organizer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing products to life through stunning visuals? We are seeking a proactive and skilled Project Manager to join a vibrant team, where you will be instrumental in orchestrating the entire product photography pipeline. This is a unique opportunity to significantly impact the visual storytelling of a major online retailer, ensuring that every product shines and reaches customers on time. Your ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate diverse teams, and swiftly resolve challenges will be key to driving efficiency and excellence in digital content delivery.

What You'll Do



  • Oversee the daily flow of product photography from sample arrival through final shot delivery, ensuring all stages are on track and on schedule.
  • Plan and schedule photo shoots in partnership with production and creative teams, ensuring products, talent, and resources are perfectly aligned.
  • Organize and prioritize product photography based on evolving business needs.
  • Manage reshoots and image correction requests, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain and update internal guidelines for product photography standards.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on shoot status, proactively flagging roadblocks and driving resolutions to prevent delays.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the photo team and partners in merchandising, digital, and marketing.
  • Ensure finished images are delivered to the right teams on time and meet stringent quality standards.
  • Align day-to-day photo priorities with broader business and marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate across various project management and asset tracking tools and systems used in production.
  • Maintain production reports and tracking tools to provide clear visibility into project status.
  • Oversee the process for getting product images live on the website, ensuring accuracy and timely publication.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose innovative ideas for improvement.
  • Support seasonal planning and prepare the team for high-volume periods.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 4+ years of experience in photo production, project coordination, or eCommerce operations.
  • Proven experience managing studio or on-figure photography workflows.
  • Background working effectively with creative, marketing, or retail teams.
  • Familiarity with product photography, studio production, or eCommerce content operations.
  • Comfortable working with project management and asset tracking tools.
  • Clear and effective communicator, adept at collaborating with creative, business, and operational teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially in fast-moving, high-volume environments.
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and ensures successful follow-through.
