Structural (Bridge) Program Manager
Job Description Dewberry is seeking a Structural (Bridge) Program Manager to lead the delivery of transformative transportation infrastructure projects throughout Massachusetts and New England. This is a high-impact leadership role for a technically strong bridge professional who is passionate about developing people, driving project excellence, and building trusted client partnerships. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for managing multidisciplinary project teams, overseeing project performance, mentoring engineering talent, and helping shape the future of Dewberry's transportation practice in the region. You will lead the design and delivery of critical infrastructure projects ranging from bridge replacements and rehabilitations to complex transportation structures that improve mobility, safety, and connectivity for the communities we serve. Lead the planning, design, and delivery of bridge and transportation structure projects from concept through construction.
