Our Company
Overview
As Vice President of Growth, you'll lead enterprise growth strategy for a multi-state Personal Care business, driving expansion across Medicaid, Veterans Administration (VA), IDD, Private Pay, and consumer-directed models-shaping the future of how seniors and adults receive quality care. You'll own where we grow, how we win, and how growth scales-from market and segment strategy through go-to-market execution, demand generation, and performance management-with real visibility and influence at the executive table. You'll build commercial playbooks, marketing engines, and operating cadence that empower field teams to drive consistent, sustainable growth in a highly regulated environment-creating systems that enable others to succeed. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, sales enablement, and operations and partners closely with executive and regional leadership.
