Your Role in Our Success:
Bongards is looking for a dynamic, experienced individual to join our team as a Pouch Maker/Tray Former Operator on the Night Shift at our facility in Norwood, MN.

What You'll Do:

• Operate pouch making and tray forming machines.
• Assure quality of pouches and trays.
• Keep machines in good working order.
• Communicate with the filler operator and maintenance.
• Keep immediate work areas in a neat and clean fashion.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Must report all food safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or their designated replacement.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead.
  
  

Other Requirements:

• Must demonstrate a commitment to both food and employee safety.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions
  
  

Physical capabilities:

• Able to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Able to lift 40 lbs. frequently.
• Able to lift above 55 pounds occasionally.
