The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for assisting with and supporting the initiatives of the talent acquisition strategy. The responsibilities of the talent acquisition specialist are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while assisting in growing a strong talent pipeline.

This is a full-time opportunity based at our corporate office located in Woodbury, MN. Monday - Friday business hours with the ability to work a hybrid work schedule.



  • Demonstrate recruitment best practices and support talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Screen talent pools to confirm qualifications including: experience, knowledge and attributes, interest, job fit.
  • Manages candidate database for potential candidates maintaining proactive and timely communication with all candidates in process.
  • Create searches for qualified candidates to maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Prepare and implement strategies using multiple techniques including online database, employee referrals, internal databases, internal and external recruiting events.
  • Provide reporting on key sourcing and recruiting metrics by analyzing and summarizing data and trends for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with onboarding and new employee orientation coordination and facilitation.


Summit's hiring range for this position is $61,645 to $77,056 per year. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. In addition to our base salary, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package that aligns with our vision of leading a healthy and active lifestyle. This includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off and 401(k)/profit sharing retirement plan. If you are hired at Summit, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
