Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Recruit qualified candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing methods.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates whose qualifications align with client requirements.
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and overall fit.
  • Coordinate background investigations, drug screenings, employment eligibility verification, and onboarding documentation.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews through the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and clients to promote long-term partnerships.
  • Source, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other business development activities.
  • Research target companies and identify hiring managers and key decision-makers.
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by conducting regular outreach and follow-up activities.
  • Schedule and participate in client meetings to assess workforce needs and present staffing solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, service agreements, and pricing information in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with account managers and leadership to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell staffing services within existing client accounts.
  • Meet established recruiting, sales, and business development goals, including activity metrics, placements, revenue growth, and client retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruiting and sales activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Monitor employee performance and client satisfaction throughout assignments, proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Prepare recruiting, sales, and pipeline reports as requested by management.
  • Participate in networking events, industry associations, career fairs, and community outreach activities to promote the company's services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
