About the Role

This role is designed for a proactive sales professional who thrives on engaging with business customers and partners. You will be instrumental in driving product revenue growth, expanding pipeline through proactive demand creation, and advancing cutting-edge selling and scalable sales motion initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to protecting existing revenue, accelerating growth, and acquiring new customers within your assigned account set, ensuring consistent year-over-year performance and an improved customer experience. You will be a key player in shaping sales strategies and directly influencing the success of businesses leveraging innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities



  • Act as a dedicated sales representative for assigned commercial and high-potential business accounts.
  • Protect, grow, and acquire customer revenue across your portfolio through active account management.
  • Build direct relationships with customers and influence their buying decisions for technology solutions.
  • Manage sales opportunities from initial discovery through to successful closure.
  • Orchestrate efforts across partners, pricing teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deal progression.
  • Utilize available programs and incentives to unblock and accelerate high-value deals, providing premium support.
  • Support both reactive, partner/customer-led opportunities and proactively identify and create new demand within your account set.
  • Execute outreach campaigns to uncover net-new opportunities and expand into underpenetrated accounts.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between the organization, partners, and customers.
  • Enable partners with deal support, programs, and guidance to foster collaborative selling.
  • Ensure seamless co-sell execution and efficient lead routing.
  • Align partner and customer engagement strategies for each deal to maximize success.
  • Feed insights and learnings back into sales playbooks, programs, and incentives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Track and manage sales pipeline, reporting, and performance metrics effectively.
  • Support the evolution of tele-sales and AI-driven selling models.
  • Identify gaps in current sales motions and actively drive improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and a point of escalation for clients.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales to inform strategy.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work experience, OR 4+ years of sales and negotiation experience.
  • Proven sales experience within the technology industry, specifically with measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong account management and pipeline generation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Expert knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Proficiency with standard business tools and data analysis (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems).
  • Adaptability and a growth mindset.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or a related field AND 2+ years of direct sales and negotiation experience with computing devices.


Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
