The Role:

As the Sales Support Specialist, you will join our Chromalox- LaVergne Team and act as a liaison between sales teams, clients and production centers to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Performs andparticipatesin the efficient handling of customer orders, and administrative functions related to processing, billing and document retention.

Your Responsibilities:

* Review & monitor Sales Orders striving to meet shipments on time and customer satisfaction
* Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and providing shipping updates.
* Monitor & support sales via all forms of inbound communication
* General & specific operations support systematically maintaining and communicating expected ship dates
* Maintain salesrecords andprovideappropriate informationfor finance.
* Participate in resolution of credit problemsand invoice discrepancies.
* May berequiredto crosstrain anddemonstratecompetencyinall essential job functions of the departmentworking at different workstations as production needs require.

Requirements:

* Experience: 2-3 years of customer service/sales support or related experiencerequired,
* Organization: Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to maintain efficiency

* Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for client interaction.

* Software Proficiency: Microsoft 365/Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

* Collaboration: Work closely with internal & external teams to meet customer requirements, complying with billing practices while resolving issues that arise
