Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:Monday - Thursday: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Fridays: 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure and other inspection tools
• Ability to lift between 5 and 45 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow company safety policies and wear required PPE
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime as needed

Job Duties:

• Perform daily safety inspections before operating equipment
• Set up slitting machines using established operating settings
• Review work orders and slitting schedules for production requirements and special instructions
• Verify labels against work orders for accuracy
• Submit sample retains to Quality Control when required
• Measure finished rolls using a tape measure to ensure specifications are met
• Clean finished rolls prior to packaging
• Package finished rolls according to work orders
• Complete labels for rolls returned to inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety rules, policies, and PPE requirements
• Support training efforts and perform additional duties as assigned
