To meet the growing need for safe, affordable housing for seniors in our community, Booth Manor was created. Booth Manor is a residence built by The Salvation Army for older adults, eligible for subsidized housing under U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines. The Campus Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and overall appearance of all property and equipment at The Salvation Army Booth Manor I and II, with additional responsibilities for the facilities and grounds of The Salvation Army Oak Creek Church and Community Center. While primary focus is dedicated to the daily operations, preventative maintenance, and tenant needs of Booth Manor, this role also ensures the Oak Creek campus as a whole is kept safe, clean, and well-maintained through oversight of projects and coordination with outside vendors. About the role:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: One year of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field preferred. Certifications: Valid Wisconsin Driver's License with approval to drive from Salvation Army insurance The Salvation Army is an equal opportunity employer.
