Essential Job Duties
The HR Quality Assurance Associate supports the team by performing critical data integrity, records management, and administrative tasks that ensure the accuracy and reliability of core HR functions. This temporary role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, process driven, and comfortable working with HR systems, confidential information, and fast moving daily workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

HR Data Analysis
* Review daily HR action reports to verify endorsement compliance and identify discrepancies.
* Enter, validate, and/or approve various HR system actions across multiple workflows.

HR Records and Timekeeping
* Complete employment verifications for student and temporary employees.
* Upload supporting documentation for permanent position and job actions.
* Approve employee timesheet payments and process late timesheet updates and corrections.

Administrative Support

* Maintain the team's shared email inbox.
* Support daily operational tasks and assist with special projects as assigned.
* Provide general administrative support to the HRIMA Quality Assurance team.

Fully remote with the exception of once per month in-person staff meetings, once per quarter in-person campus HR meetings, and the occasional other in-person meeting or event.

Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Other Work/Responsibilities
Other duties as needed.
Minimum Experience/Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR operations, HR quality assurance, or HR data auditing.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (preferably PeopleSoft).

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality requirements and HR data privacy standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing deadlines, and meet established timelines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team while taking initiative and following through on assignments in an autonomous work environment.
  • Adaptable, curious, and analytical, with the ability to think critically and continuously learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education

  • Experience supporting high volume administrative or transactional HR work at a higher education institution.
  • Knowledge of records management or compliance driven environments.
  • Experience utilizing ServiceNow case management.
