LocaliQ is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager f or our Executive Accounts , Client Success group. In this role, you will own the strategy, performance and growth of a portfolio of our largest and most complex clients, leading and developing multiple teams to deliver innovative, performance-driven digital campaigns that dr ive measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate has 7 + years experience managing a growing team and 1 2 + years in digital marketing spanning PPC, SEO, Social Ads, CTV, Display, Video and campaign execution (including tagging and trafficking) . You will manage, motivate and coach a team of Optimization Strategists and are ultimately responsible for campaign fulfillment and success .
About Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as an executive-level strategic partner to a portfolio of top-tier clients, aligning digital strategy to their broader business goals , advising on integrated marketing plans and owning renewal, expansion and satisfaction targets across Executive Accounts.
- Set the performance standards and operating rhythms for multiple pods, ensuring excellence in launches, pacing and KPI attainment across all Executive Accounts.
- Use performance, margin and retention data to drive continuous optimization and inform quarterly business reviews and strategic planning.
- Partner with Senior Sales, Product and Operations leaders to shape go-to-market strategy, packaging and processes for Executive Accounts, ensuring client feedback informs roadmap and service design.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve campaign delivery, measurement and reporting for-value clients, balancing client outcomes with operational efficiency.
- Elevate reporting and analysis so executive clients clearly see our impact and trust our strategic recommendations.
- Be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and varying needs at 1 time.
- Design and institutionalize scalable processes, playbooks and standards for executive account delivery, ensuring consistency and efficiency across teams and markets.
- Champion innovation in measurement, reporting and optimization, piloting new approaches ( e.g. advanced attribution, CTV/Video strategies, automation) and scaling successful tests.
- Effectively manage up, across and down, ensuring tight alignment and communication between Sales, Client Success, Product and Operations on priorities, tradeoffs and execution.
- Lead, develop and inspire a team of managers, ICs and Senior ICs across multiple pods, creating a high-performance, inclusive culture focused on client outcomes.
- Own talent strategy for the group, including workforce planning, succession planning and development paths for ICs and Senior ICs.
- Oversee onboarding and capability at scale, partnering with enablement/HR to ensure the organization stays ahead of evolving digital trends.
- This role does have a flexible weekend coverage/support requirement.
Key Qual ifications:
- 12+ years of experience in digital marketing, with significant experience in complex, multi-channel programs (PPC, SEO, CTV, Display, Video, Social) for enterprise or high-value accounts.
- 7+ years leading managers and cross-functional teams in an agency or in-house environment, with a track record of building high-performing organizations.
- Display exceptional written and verbal communication skills and can communicate digital/social concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, Public relations or related fields, advance degree preferred.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset; you bring a can-do mentality and can thrive in gray areas.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with great precision and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue, margin and retention targets for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Proven ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Ability to manage heavy workloads with flexibility to rapidly shift priorities based on organizational needs.
- Creative thinker with strong time management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

The annualized base salary for this role will be $60 000,00 - $70,000.00. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable
