What to Expect
The VPP Program Marketing Manager is critical to scaling Tesla Energy's Virtual Power Plant programs across North America. As utilities and grid operators increasingly rely on distributed energy resources to balance the grid, Tesla's VPP offerings represent a massive growth opportunity - and need dedicated marketing support to drive enrollment, revenue, and market awareness. In this role, you will own the go-to-market strategy, messaging, content, and demand generation for VPP programs, ensuring each program has the marketing execution needed to succeed. This role reports in through the Head of Global Demand Generation and collaborates closely with Business Development, Product, Sales, Utilities Partnerships, Marketing Operations, and external agency partners.

Expected Compensation
$88,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
