The Charging Sales Operations team plays a pivotal role in supporting Tesla's new and rapidly growing Supercharger and Wall Connector for Business programs where businesses can own their own charging sites. Through proactive engagement and strategic growth initiatives, the team ensures that Tesla continues to deliver an exceptional charging site ownership experience across the global network.

The Charging Sales Operations Specialist is a key member of the North America & EMEA Charging Operations team, responsible for managing the end-to-end daily operations of host-owned charging sites. This role ensures seamless onboarding, timely activation, and high-quality post-launch support-driving exceptional customer experience, maintaining strict compliance, and enabling scalable growth by empowering Business Development with a reliable, efficient operations foundation.


What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary Charging business partner for internal and external stakeholders, acting as the first point of contact for escalations, disputes, and cross-functional coordination
  • Own and manage the shared ticketing inbox within a rapid SLA, ensuring timely action, progress up dates, and transparent communication. Partner cross-functionally with Tax, Accounting, Engineering, Product, Customer Support, Content, Construction teams and more to align priorities, resolve complex issues, and drive seamless execution
  • Lead process optimization initiatives-including automation and scalable long-term solutions-to enhance efficiency, reduce friction, and improve team velocity
  • Define, document, and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with every engineering product launch, system update, or process change and collaborate across teams to troubleshoot and resolve intricate software and hardware escalations, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal business impact

  • Onboard new site hosts and manage end-to-end site activation for public availability, including oversight of hardware shipment planning and delivery
  • Leverage data analytics to identify operational gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement targeted, measurable solutions and maintain rigorous data integrity standards to support compliance, audit readiness, and accurate internal decision-making

    Expected Compensation
    $96,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
