SUMMARY

The Treasury Management Sales Project & Support Officer is a key member of the Treasury Management Sales Group responsible for supporting strategic initiatives, sales enablement, operational excellence, vendor management, reporting, training, and project coordination activities. This position works closely with Treasury Management, Operations, Technology, vendors, and other business units to support customer growth, retention, product implementations, acquisitions, conversions, and process improvement initiatives.

This role regularly exercises independent judgment and discretion in analyzing business processes, evaluating operational challenges, managing projects, resolving complex issues, interpreting data, and developing recommendations that support business objectives. The position requires the ability to prioritize competing demands, assess alternatives, and make sound decisions while working with a high degree of autonomy in support of the Bank's Vision, Mission, Critical Few, and Supporting Strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complies with, and stays abreast of, all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
  • Exercises independent judgment and discretion in identifying business needs, evaluating operational and sales support challenges, establishing priorities, and developing recommendations that support Treasury Management and organizational objectives.
  • Serves as a liaison between Treasury Management Sales, Operations, Technology, Risk Management, Product Management, and other business units to facilitate strategic initiatives, product delivery, and operational effectiveness.
  • Leads and coordinates Treasury Management projects and initiatives, including product implementations, system enhancements, conversions, vendor integrations, acquisitions, and process improvement efforts.
  • Develops and manages project plans, timelines, deliverables, resources, and communication strategies to ensure successful project execution and completion.
  • Analyzes business processes, workflows, and operational practices to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, improved customer experience, enhanced controls, and risk mitigation.
  • Conducts research, data analysis, and root cause investigations related to operational issues, system performance, customer concerns, and business initiatives; develops and implements corrective actions and recommendations.
  • Coordinates vendor relationships and implementation activities, including due diligence support, contract administration, issue resolution, performance monitoring, and ongoing service evaluations.
  • Develops, maintains, and analyzes reports, dashboards, business metrics, pricing analyses, profitability models, forecasts, and other management information to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Supports Treasury Management pricing strategies, account analysis methodologies, product profitability initiatives, budgeting activities, forecasting processes, and sales performance reporting.
  • Evaluates new products, services, technologies, and operational enhancements and provides recommendations regarding implementation, process impact, and customer benefit.
  • Develops, maintains, and enhances department procedures, workflow documentation, training materials, job aids, and user guides to support operational consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • Provides subject matter expertise, training, guidance, and ongoing support to Treasury Management associates, Relationship Managers, and other Bank personnel regarding products, systems, services, and operational procedures.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations, analyses, reporting packages, and recommendations to management and project stakeholders regarding departmental initiatives, project status, operational trends, and strategic opportunities.
  • Monitors departmental budgets, vendor expenditures, invoice processing, contract-related expenses, and other financial activities to ensure accuracy and adherence to approved budgets.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports on Treasury Management initiatives, project performance, implementation activities, sales support functions, and key operational objectives.
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance Treasury Management products, services, workflows, and customer delivery channels and recommends solutions that support business growth, customer retention, and operational excellence.
  • Meets established performance objectives and performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Provide, present, and promote the Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field; and three (3) to seven (7) years of experience in Treasury Management, banking operations, project management, sales support, business analysis, vendor management, process improvement, or related disciplines; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience supporting system implementations, acquisitions, conversions, reporting automation, training programs, and vendor relationships is preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, contracts, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedures, and training materials. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, associates, customers, vendors, and the public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and ratios. Ability to analyze financial data, perform reconciliations, and interpret pricing and reporting information.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define complex problems, gather and analyze information from multiple sources, identify root causes, evaluate alternatives, and develop sound recommendations. Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in interpreting data, prioritizing work, managing projects, resolving operational issues, and supporting strategic initiatives while balancing business objectives, risk considerations, and customer experience.

COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas, data analysis, dashboards, and reporting automation techniques. Experience with project management software, reporting platforms, workflow tools, and Treasury Management systems is preferred.

Salary Range:$87,612.00 To $124,846.00 Annually
