IT Operations Specialist
Reston, VA MUST: Experienced IT Operations Specialist 5+ years of overall IT Operations experience Must have strong experience with MAC laptops Desktop Support experience Imaging and shipping laptops/equipment for onboarding/offboarding employees Identity access management experience Endpoint management software experience Must have expertise with Microsoft365 Entra, Mosyle, Jira Service Desk. Bachelors preferred DUTIES: Looking for someone to support IT Operations and Desktop Support for the next 3 to 4 months. You will handle employee onboarding and offboarding, manages identity access, and oversees endpoint management software.
