We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President of Sales to spearhead the growth and market penetration of our Life, Annuities and Health (L&AH) product lines. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can cultivate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across our innovative solution offerings. Role Overview:
As the SVP, Sales - L&AH, you will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, responsible for developing and executing strategies that lead to new business acquisition within the L&AH segment. You will lead a talented sales team that targets new business opportunities, builds a robust sales pipeline, and meets defined quotas, ultimately contributing to the long-term success of Majesco. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative sales strategies that generate a healthy pipeline of opportunities in the L&AH market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, presales, product development, support and delivery teams to nurture client relationships, generate leads, and close business to meet assigned quotas.
- Field Insights: Provide actionable feedback and insights from the field to our product and delivery teams, driving continuous improvement in our solutions and services.
- Business Understanding: Deeply understand prospects' business needs and demonstrate how our solutions align with their goals.
- Sales Cycle Management: Lead the complete sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Partner Engagement: Actively engage with Majesco Partners to enhance sales pursuits and broaden market reach.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team that collaborates effectively, resolves customer challenges, shares best practices, and works synergistically with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development of SaaS/software products, or similar roles within the L&AH insurance space.
- Proven experience selling insurance technology solutions, including but not limited to L&AH software, digital engagement platforms, or claims management systems.
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Thorough understanding of the Enterprise SaaS sales process with a focus on L&AH solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a polished presentation style.
- Strong technical aptitude with a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance sales efforts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.

Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $195,000 - $250,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
