As a Security Officer Experienced Armed Patrol Driver in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional customer experience. This is an armed and driving post, ideal for a dependable professional who values teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture while responding to security-related concerns with confidence and care.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, post orders, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, remaining alert to unusual activity and/or conditions that could impact operations or people on site.
• Carry authorized armed equipment in accordance with post orders, Allied Universal guidelines, and applicable laws, helping to support a visible presence at the location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify access as directed, and help to deter unauthorized activity through observation and professional interaction.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess at least 3 years of experience in security-related work, law enforcement, military police, or military service.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
