Financial Project Coordinator (Contract) / 100% Remote Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6-Month Contract (W2, Paid Weekly) Overview * We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Project Coordinator to support project delivery within a fast-paced, enterprise PMO environment. * This role focuses heavily on managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and reporting, while ensuring projects remain organized, on track, and aligned with business objectives. Importance of This Role * Join a highly visible enterprise execution group supporting program, project, and portfolio management * Play a critical role in improving financial tracking, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency * Gain exposure to complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact Required Qualifications * Strong project coordination experience within a PMO or enterprise environment * Proven experience managing project financials (forecasting, accruals, invoicing, reporting) * Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, reporting, dashboards, data analysis) * Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) * Ability to work cross-functionally with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders Key Responsibilities * Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across cross-functional teams * Manage and track project financials, including budgets, forecasts, accruals, and invoice coding * Perform financial analysis and reporting to support project performance and decision-making * Develop and maintain financial tracking tools, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel * Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders * Ensure documentation and communication are consistent across the PMO Environment * Enterprise PMO supporting complex, large-scale initiatives * Collaborative, data-driven team focused on efficiency and scalability Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tukwila, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
