Job Overview: The Operations & Sales Manager is responsible for the day to day operational and commercial growth of the Chicago manufacturing facility (50+ employees, ~$12M annual revenue). This role serves as the onsite Plant Leader, accountable for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people leadership, and customer execution. The Operations & Sales Manager executes operational strategies and standardized operating practices established by the Multisite Operations Manager, while providing strong hands-on leadership to ensure consistent performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role is critical to enabling effective multisite leverage while maintaining strong site level execution. This role has direct responsibility for driving revenue expansion, improving profitability, and developing new business. Responsibilities:

The pay range for this role is $100-150k, excluding incentive opportunities. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
