Position Summary

Responsible for executing helper duties to assist assigned crew.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Direct vehicles to available parking spaces using hand signals or signage to optimize the use of space and maintain a flow of traffic.
  • Monitor parking lots for unauthorized vehicles, violations of parking regulations, or any suspicious activities.
  • Maintain a clean and safe parking lot by picking up litter, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring adequate lighting in the parking area.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the parking lot to identify and address potential safety hazards.
  • Report accidents, or damage to vehicles or property to management.
  • Work closely with security personnel, management, and other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the parking lot.

Qualifications

* 3 years industrial construction/maintenance experience preferred
