Roles and Responsibilities

Join the leadership table at a high-growth tech company where finance drives sales success. As the trusted advisor to Sales Leaders, you'll shape strategy that fuels growth. This isn't a back-office role-it's a high-impact seat influencing multimillion-dollar decisions across sales, operations, and finance.

What You'll Do

  • Sit at the leadership table: Advise the Sales Leaders directly, aligning sharp financial insights with bold business strategy to drive outsized results.
  • Amplify executive impact: Present insights at Quarterly Business Reviews and Investor Relations presentations that wow stakeholders.
  • Bridge finance and sales: Foster seamless communication, eliminate knowledge gaps, and boost transparency for faster, smarter decisions.
  • Drive long-term vision: Develop 1yr-6yr strategic operation model, including bookings to revenue conversion and resource allocation, aligned across Brands and Industries.
  • Fuel deal wins: Collaborate with Pricing, Deal Value Engineering, Revenue Recognition, and Legal to structure deals that maximize outcomes and minimize risk.

Qualifications

* Subscription Revenue Modeling: strong experience building and managing complex subscription revenue models, translating key SaaS metrics-including ARR, renewals, churn, expansion, and customer retention-into accurate forecasts, scenario analyses, and strategic business recommendations.

Deep FP&A expertise: Proven experience in corporate FP&A - forecasting, monthly close, budget management, and long-range strategic modeling at scale.

Business Partnership: Strong ability to liaise with cross-functional stakeholders and provide "challenger" insights that influence management team direction.

Analytical Proficiency: Advanced skills in financial analysis and business intelligence tools to derive actionable items from complex data sets.

Proven People Leadership: 5+ years leading and developing high-performing finance teams, with a track record of growing talent alongside the business.

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a choice of plans providing comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, vision care for employee & dependents as well as employee life, short & long term disability, tuition reimbursement, immediate 401K enrollment, 401K match (50 cents on the dollar, up to the first 8% of your eligible compensation that you contribute based on match eligibility criteria), flexible time off policy, and 10 paid holidays.
Salary Pay Transparency

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $188000 and $221000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
