Job Summary Are you passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journey? We are seeking a full-time, 40-hr compassionate and motivated Recovery Coach to join our interdisciplinary team supporting patients in both Emergency Department and inpatient settings located at 798 Central Ave in Dover, NH.This full-time position follows a consistent weekly schedule of: * Sundays & Tuesdays - 8:00am-8:30pm * Mondays & Thursdays - 8:00am-4:30pm This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while collaborating closely with nurses, physicians, social workers, behavioral health clinicians, and other members of the care team in a fast-paced hospital environment. In this role, you'll work directly with individuals navigating substance use and recovery challenges, providing encouragement, advocacy, and connection to resources during critical moments of care. As a Recovery Coach, you'll help patients feel supported, heard, and empowered throughout their recovery journey. Responsibilities include engaging with patients at the bedside, assisting with care coordination and recovery planning, connecting individuals to treatment and community resources, supporting patients entering services, and helping create a safe and recovery-focused environment for all.
