Job Summary The Programme Director is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within Marks. This role requires balancing creativity with operational excellence to ensure projects meet client expectations, remain within budget, agreed margin, and are delivered on time. The ideal candidate will serve as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding project delivery, fostering collaboration between designers, strategists, and account managers. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $140,000 USD - $150,000 USD annually.
