Here's what it takes to make yours count.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency.
• Experience with Jira, Excel, Mainframe, or similar systems preferred.
• Ability to work on the production floor and track jobs throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet production deadlines.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Print & Mail industry experience.
• 2+ years of production, scheduling, or machine operations experience.
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update production schedules for print and inserting operations.
• Track production jobs and provide hourly updates on job status and SLA targets.
• Coordinate workflow between production, warehouse, IT, and client service teams.
• Assist with floor staging, material movement, and production activity control.
• Respond to production inquiries and communicate updates with urgency.
• Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate job tracking information.
