Deductions Analyst

Overview:

• SAP AR experience required
• Ship & Debit (Rebate Deviated Pricing) experience
• Incentives (program/marketing allowances) experience
• Collections experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident engaging with customers through phone conversations
• Intermediate level Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Familiarity with electronic transaction methods with customers, including EDI 844/849
• Own end to end follow-up for unresolved disputes, including SAP payback maintenance

Education:

• Degree is a plus but not required, will consider candidates with work experience.
