Tria is seeking an AI Developer whohelps payer/provider clients design and implement AI-driven solutions across cloud, automation, and GenAI/agentic AI to modernize processes, build CoEs, and deliver enterprise-scale transformation programs.

Responsibilities:



  • Bring healthcare sector knowledge in either payers and/or providers (health systems), as we are looking for experienced business transformation specialists.
  • Work with clients to drive an AI-first approach to business transformation programs enabled by multiple forms of AI, automation, document understanding, chatbots, process mining and machine learning.
  • Work with our clients to understand where and how AI and ML solutions can be applied, and what business problems it can solve. Perform discovery, analyze requirements, processes, and impediments to automation.
  • Work with clients to develop and optimize AI services and solutions including Centers of Excellence (CoEs), process assessments, business case development, vendor identification and selection.
  • Experiences with Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts, foundational skills, POCs and solution implementation.
  • Create technology solution design at platform and architectural levels as well as information roadmaps and case definitions.
  • Help our client's Information Technology organization set up automation environments (installation, monitors and controls.) and define the infrastructure requirements to implement AI solutions.
  • Support proposal development and pursuits for multimillion dollar programs.
  • Help reimagine end to end business processes with an AI-First approach, identify the use cases, provide level of effort estimations and assumptions for the implementation of AI solutions.
  • Lead project teams, mentor, coach and develop consultants and analysts.
  • Contribute to practice development: Identify AI trends in healthcare, define relevant service offerings and solutions. Author Point of View documents case studies and thought-leadership whitepapers.


Basic Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Master's or MBA preferred. at least 5 years of progressive experience in a customer-facing role in a large enterprise environment. Preferably within healthcare.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Al, public cloud, or IT services, including roles in product design/development, Al algorithm engineering, solution architecture, or pre-sales support. Candidates from Al-native companies or major international cloud providers are strongly preferred
  • Al Technical Skills: Proficient with leading large language models such as Qwen, Wan, Gemini, OpenAl, Claude, etc. Solid understanding of LLM technical principles and hands-on experience developing Al applications using mainstream frameworks and tools (e.g., Claude, Git, CoPilot)
  • Cloud Expertise: Understanding of cloud computing and AI infrastructure concepts, with practical experience in cloud environments, including setting up cloud services, invoking Al models, and implementing cloud-based DevOps practices.
