Chemonics seeks a Forecasting and Supply Chain Planning (FASP) Analyst. The Forecasting and Supply Planning (FASP) Analyst works with the Global Supply Chain Team to support the Global Health Supply Chain - Procurement & Supply Management (GSHC-PSM) project in the quantification of medicines and medical consumables across task orders. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world!
The GHSC-PSM project helps ensure the uninterrupted supply of health commodities in support of U.S. government-funded public health initiatives around the world. The Procurement and Supply Management project is the primary vehicle through which the United States Government (USG) 1) procures and provides health commodities, 2) provides technical assistance to improve partner countries' management of the supply chain, and 3) collaborates with key international stakeholders to support global health initiatives.

Responsibilities:
*Contribute to data-driven management and evaluation of country supply planning performance, including aggregation of planning analyses in excel and/or Business Intelligence software such as Power BI
*Contribute technical input to FASP activities
*With support from Technical Advisors and in coordination with the Global Supply Chain Team, conduct reviews of in-country forecasting and supply planning and develop strategies aiming to increase efficiencies in commodities ordering and resupply requirements planning, through utilization of tools and modeling techniques
*With support from Technical Advisors, provide systems support in country supply chain forecasting and supply planning. Such assistance typically includes but is not limited to: addressing staff capacity building needs, operational delivery of forecasts and procurement plans and assessing accuracy of reports and ensuring that reporting and control mechanisms are in place
*Support FASP software development and maintenance activities
*Provide project management support across the FASP team, such as leading planning sessions, liaising with subcontractors, tracking project progress, ensuring projects are on-time, within scope and within budget, and properly documented
*Other duties as required

Qualifications
*Bachelor's Degree in related field. Masters degree preferred
*Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience required, experience in health or supply chain management preferred
*Experience in data analysis and garnering insights from data with strong Excel skills
*Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
*Experience in at least two of the five following health areas preferred: HIV/AIDS, malaria, and maternal/child health and nutrition
*Experience working for US Government-funded programs preferred
*Experience with database management and business intelligence solutions, such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, SQL strongly preferred
*Experience giving presentations and/or trainings preferred
*Experience coordinating across teams, clients, and/or partners preferred
*Fluency in written and spoken English required; proficiency in a French or Portuguese language highly desirable
*Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
*Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
*Demonstrates knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts and tools, with the ability to apply them appropriately and responsibly to support efficiency, decision making, and problem solving in a dynamic business environment.

The Salary Range for this position is expected to be: $65,100 - $81,400.

An employee's pay position will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.

Overtime exemption status may change due to state regulatory requirements.
