Position Overview:

The Masonry Estimator manages the estimating process for assigned projects within our masonry division and masonry scopes on Alberici pursuits/projects.

• Acts as the peer of Project Manager (Operations).
• Performs complex take-off.
• Responsible for final pricing.
• Possesses basic knowledge of all construction elements.
• Responsible for buy-out and highly effective with negotiations.
• Participates in "go/no go" decisions.
• Assists in the development of "win" strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related technical field AND 2 years of related masonry construction experience OR general estimating experience outside of masonry scopes OR 5 years of experience as a bricklayer.
• Capable of reading rebar shop drawings, masonry lift drawings and masonry structural drawings.
