Family Navigator Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY
An individual in this position will develop the Family Navigator Program in collaboration with the Manager for VTEHDI and the Coordinator of the Parent Infant Program. The Coordinator will create a framework that supports family to family engagement family support and ensures that families have access to Navigator's /Leaders that have "lived experience" with children who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing or DeafBlind (DHHDB)

EDUCATION
Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or a related relevant field of study.

EXPERIENCE
Family Navigator Coordinator position requires "lived experience" with a child who is Deaf, Hard of Hearing or DeafBlind.
