Regional Operations Manager
Compensation: $190,000-$210,000
Location: Rocklin, CA
We're looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple branches within a defined territory. This role ensures safe, efficient, and customer-focused execution while driving continuous improvement and supporting company initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support branch managers and frontline teams to drive performance, safety, and service standards
- Conduct regular branch visits to evaluate operations, provide feedback, and reinforce company expectations
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management in partnership with HR
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, and company policies)
- Drive operational consistency by improving processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing waste
- Monitor KPIs, inventory, and daily operations to ensure accuracy and performance goals are met
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to align operations with customer needs and resolve service issues
- Support budget management by monitoring labor, expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure facilities, equipment, and fleet meet safety and operational standards
- Support rollout and adoption of company initiatives, systems, and best practices
- Provide insight on market conditions, operational risks, and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
- Strong operational leadership experience with a focus on safety, service, and efficiency
- Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and drive consistent results
- Effective communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of financial and operational metrics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with operational systems and reporting tools
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- 5-10 years of operations or leadership experience
- Multi-location experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success driving operational improvements and team development
