The RoleThe Staff Accountant position is an integral part of the GL team tasked with accounting for the Company's domestic and international operations in accordance to US GAAP. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accounting for prepaids, accruals, and cash accounts. This position supports several business units on a worldwide basis. The role requires interaction with other departments within the Company to understand and proactively review, analyze and reconcile various balance sheet and income statement accounts. Your Impact
  • Preparation of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Actas a business partner with the operational departments to ensure periodic activity is recorded accurately.
  • Monitor, analyze and provide flux commentary for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
  • Identify and incorporate system reporting improvements to generate efficiencies in the monthly close process.
  • Documentpolicies, procedures, and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 2+ years of relevant GL accounting experience.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and consistency in preparation of work.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and accounting research skills.
  • Strong excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oracle or related ERP experience preferred but not required.
The salary range for this role is $58,200.00 - $72,800.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
