The Person

As a Program Manager, you will partner with crossfunctional teams to manage customer programs and portfolios, develop a strong understanding of customer platforms and solutions, and translate customer needs into clear, actionable plans. You will help align product solutions with customer platforms and support a positive customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, plan, and manage projects and program plans with guidance from management and senior technical stakeholders
  • Apply project management principles effectively across small to large, crossfunctional initiatives
  • Lead programs of technical and organizational significance that span multiple engineering and business teams
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, or ways of working
  • Create and maintain program artifacts such as schedules, resource plans and forecasts, risk and issue logs
  • Communicate project status clearly and consistently, helping teams understand dependencies and priorities
  • Identify risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle and work collaboratively to develop mitigation or action plans
  • Collaborate with core and execution teams to surface concerns, escalate when appropriate, and support corrective actions
  • Collect, analyze, and share program performance data through dashboards and recurring status updates

Preferred Experience

  • Detailoriented with a strong sense of accountability for shared outcomes
  • Strong organizational, problemsolving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and contribute both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience involving team members in planning, decisionmaking, and execution
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or influencing others is a plus
  • Comfort communicating with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Experience working in matrixed or crossfunctional environments
  • Background in technical program management and customer or stakeholder relationship management
  • Collaborative approach to problem solving and risk mitigation with Engineering, Program/Project Management, Business Units, Product Management, and external partners
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms)

Academic Credentials

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Formal project management training or handson experience; certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
