The OCM person will be responsible for both OCM strategy and tactical execution, including preparing and sending communications, slide decks, presentations, and managing forums. Exceptional communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels *Job Description* TEKsystems's client is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to guide the organization through critical IT changes and digital transitions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, combined with a strong foundation in change management methodologies. *PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITI*ES *Change Execution:* Lead the development and execution of organizational change management (OCM) strategies tailored to IT projects, using ADKAR methodology and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. *Collaboration with IT Departments: *Collaborate closely with IT departments to facilitate smooth transitions during system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations. *Impact Analysis and Readiness Assessment*: Conduct thorough impact analyses and readiness assessments to identify potential challenges and resistance to technology changes. - Communication Plans: Design and deliver targeted communication plans that effectively convey the benefits, necessity, and process of IT changes to all stakeholders. - Training and Adoption: Develop training materials and programs to enhance user competencies and promote adoption of new IT systems and processes. - Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary. - Liaison: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and the rest of the organization, fostering understanding and support for IT changes. - Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and support to IT project teams, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to drive change. *Skills* Change management, Organizational change management, Agile, Business analysis, Training development *Top Skills Details* Change management, Organizational change management, Agile, Business analysis, Training development *Additional Skills & Qualifications* A candidate with 2-4 years of "big four" consulting experience is preferred for their operational mindset. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Baltimore, MD. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
