The Business resilience team in Operations Excellence Solutions organization creates an integrated approach to business resilience and leads the corporation in implementing sound strategies to meet recovery time objectives approved by the board of directors. The impact you'll make
A Business Resilience Program Manager collaborates with leaders across the enterprise to identify risks and critical functions, build plans for their recovery, test and maintain these plans, assist executive leaders in validating the state of their preparedness and measures the company's business continuity objectives. Becoming a part of this team provides an opportunity to work across the company, assisting business units and the executive office to increase the level of readiness during a business disruption to meet commitment for customers, the Company, and fellow employees.
