Description * Perform quality control reviews of KYC Periodic Reviews, CIP data, and customer profiles to ensure regulatory compliance * Review and validate work completed by ACG Analysts, confirming accuracy, completeness, and timeliness * Ensure adherence to the KYC Program, internal policies, and Head Office requirements * Maintain and document evidence of searches in KYC systems; escalate potential name matches or negative information to the BSA Officer * Troubleshoot routine and moderately complex KYC/CIP system issues and support resolution efforts Skills & Qualifications * 10+ years of KYC end to end onboarding, KYC periodic review and CDD/EDD experience * 10+ years of KYC Quality Control experience * Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements * Experience conducting compliance reviews, audits, alerts, or case quality checks * Proficiency in compliance systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with a sense of urgency and accountability * Ability to collaborate effectively with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
