- Ensure all proposed architectures align with Agency enterprise standards, Federal shared-service initiatives, Zero Trust requirements, cloud-first mandates, and DevSecOps delivery frameworks.
- Maintain deep understanding of Agency business domains, including financial management, healthcare operations, benefits delivery, human capital modernization, and enterprise data ecosystems, to inform holistic solution design.
- Support capture activities by contributing solution strategies, technical narratives, modernization sequencing approaches, and feasibility assessments during gate reviews and pursuit planning.
- Lead, author, and review technical volumes and additional proposal volumes across multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Collaborate with delivery leadership and program teams to extract lessons learned, identify recurring customer challenges, and continuously refine reusable solution accelerators and modernization playbooks.
- Align Trilogy solution approaches with evolving customer priorities by maintaining situational awareness of agency initiatives, policy changes, platform adoptions, and enterprise architecture direction.
- Lead integration of leading-edge platforms and partner technologies into Trilogy solution architectures while ensuring interoperability with existing Federal enterprise systems and shared services.
- Coordinate across executive leadership, capture managers, practice leads, and technical SMEs to maintain consistency between Trilogy's delivery capabilities and forward-looking solution strategies.
- Develop architectures that balance innovation with implementation realism by incorporating adoption constraints, governance requirements, workforce readiness considerations, and acquisition pathways.
- Identify technical capability gaps and recommend investments, partnerships, or accelerators that strengthen Trilogy's competitiveness in enterprise modernization pursuits.
- Represent Trilogy's solution vision in customer engagements, technical exchanges, partner strategy sessions, and internal modernization planning discussions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field.
